By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Live Fresh CLO₂ activator kits generate chlorine dioxide gas. You agree to follow the printed protocol, ventilation instructions, and safety guidance shipped with every kit and published on this site. In particular:

• Activate only in unoccupied, closed spaces, then ventilate fully before re-entry.
• Keep activator kits away from children, pets, food, and incompatible chemicals.
• Do not ingest, inhale concentrated vapor, or otherwise use outside the documented protocol.

You — not Live Fresh — are responsible for compliance with site-specific safety rules, building codes, and any applicable occupational regulations where the product is used.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or quantities inconsistent with normal retail use.

Prices, promotions, and product availability can change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when your order is accepted.

Dealer, fleet, and wholesale pricing is offered to qualified businesses under a separate account agreement. Eligibility is at Live Fresh's discretion. Resale of Live Fresh products outside approved channels, MAP violations, or misrepresentation of the protocol may result in account termination and forfeiture of program pricing.

The Live Fresh name, logo, CLO₂ protocol diagrams, copy, photography, and site design are owned by Live Fresh, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use these materials to promote a competing product without our written permission. Dealer co-branded assets are licensed under your dealer agreement and revert on termination.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or disrupt the site or its underlying services.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes another party's rights.

The site and products are provided as is and as available. Live Fresh disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights where those rights cannot be waived by contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Fresh, LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim. Live Fresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold Live Fresh, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of a product, violation of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Live Fresh, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that venue. Where required by law, you retain the right to seek relief from a consumer protection agency in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect on the date posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
