Privacy — Policy

We collect three kinds of information:

• You give us: name, business name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, fleet size, segment, order history, and any details you include in a contact or wholesale form.
• Generated by your use: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and basic interaction events.
• From service providers: payment confirmation tokens from Shopify, shipping status from carriers, and aggregated marketing analytics.

We do not collect government IDs, biometric data, or health records through this site.

• To accept, fulfill, and ship your order, and to support you afterward.
• To qualify dealer, fleet, and wholesale applications and operate those programs.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping, returns) — these are not optional while an order is active.
• To send protocol updates, operator briefings, and product news only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe in any message.
• To measure site performance, debug errors, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) your consent (for marketing email and non-essential cookies), (c) our legitimate interests in running and securing the business, or (d) compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with vendors that need it to operate the business, under written confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Shopify — storefront, checkout, payments, order management.
• Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) — to ship your order.
• Email & CRM providers — to deliver transactional and (if you opted in) marketing email.
• Analytics & error monitoring — to keep the site fast and working.
• Professional advisors and government authorities — when required by law, court order, or to enforce our rights.

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, security) and, where you consent, performance and marketing cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required.

• Order records: 7 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
• Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, then up to 12 months in a suppression list so we don't re-message you.
• Site analytics: typically 14 months in aggregate form.
• Support correspondence: up to 3 years from last contact.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of information you provided.
• Withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential cookies at any time.

Payments are processed on Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure; we never receive or store your full card number. The site uses TLS in transit. We follow least-privilege access to customer data internally. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

This site is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Live Fresh, LLC is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

We update this policy when our practices change. Updates take effect on the date posted at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
