Shipping Live Fresh CLO₂

Live Fresh CLO₂ activator and accessory orders ship from the United States through Shopify-fulfilled logistics. This policy covers handling times, carriers, hazmat compliance, tracking, and what happens when a delivery goes sideways.

§ 01

Order handling time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays move to the next business day.

Dealer, fleet, and wholesale orders above standard case quantities may require an additional 1–2 business days while we batch and inspect.

§ 02

Carriers and service levels

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground Advantage depending on destination, weight, and hazmat classification. At checkout you will see only services we can confirm for your address.

  • Ground (default): 2–6 business days within the contiguous US.
  • Expedited: 2-day and overnight services available where the product class allows.
  • Freight / LTL: Auto-quoted on pallet-quantity dealer and wholesale orders.
§ 03

Hazmat & ground-only items

Live Fresh CLO₂ activator kits are shipped as a Limited Quantity shipment under 49 CFR § 173.156. This means:

  • Air services (overnight, 2-day air) are not available on activator kits. Ground service only.
  • We cannot ship activator kits to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations from this storefront.
  • Accessory-only orders (clips, masks, holders, documentation) ship without these restrictions.

If your cart contains both, the entire shipment falls under the ground-only restriction.

§ 04

Shipping rates

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and hazmat status. We do not mark up carrier rates.

  • Standard ground starts at $9.95 for single-unit retail orders within the contiguous US.
  • Dealer and fleet accounts may qualify for flat-rate or freight-paid programs — see your account terms.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories incur a destination surcharge calculated at checkout.
§ 05

Tracking & delivery

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once the label scans into the carrier's network. If you have not received tracking within one business day of order confirmation, check spam, then contact us.

We consider an order delivered when the carrier marks it delivered to the shipping address on file. If a package is marked delivered but missing, file a claim with the carrier within 7 days; we will help where we can.

§ 06

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

  • Damaged in transit: Photograph the outer box and the damaged contents before discarding anything, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace and replace once the carrier confirms the loss.
  • Wrong item shipped: Contact us within 14 days. We cover return shipping and reship the correct item.

Live Fresh, LLC reserves the right to refuse or refund any order that cannot be lawfully shipped to the destination on file. Hazmat regulations are subject to change; the most restrictive rule in effect at time of label generation applies.
