Does it put liquid on leather, fabric, or electronics?

Yes — chlorine dioxide is a gas at deployment concentration. It does not leave residue on leather, fabric, headliner, or electronics when used per protocol.

Will my cabin smell like chlorine afterwards?

No. After ventilation the cabin is odor-neutral. You are removing odor at the source, not masking it.
